Hello Everyone!

I am super excited to announce that our baby girl Alizey (Pronounced - Alizéy) Kaur Bhamra is officially here! She arrived on Thursday, August 11, 2017 at 4:22 AM weighing 7 lbs 3 oz. Jiwan and I are over the moon and totally in love!

Everyone always tells you that when you have a child it's a love that you've never experienced before, and that is absolutely the truth. All of a sudden your life changes and you are responsible for this tiny little human and all you want to do is everything to keep them happy, healthy, and safe!

I'm so happy that we were able to capture our Labour and Delivery journey through these pictures, so one day we can share them with Alizey.

Jiwan and I wanted to also take this opportunity to thank my cousin Polly who was the BEST birthing coach anyone could ask for! I don't think Jiwan and I would have gotten through this the way that we did without her! She kept me calm and zen throughout the whole labour process, which was very important to me! During the duration of my labour I only experienced back labour, and it was the same type of labour pain she experienced for both her kids (how crazy is that!).

I also wanted to thank everyone that has reached out to send us their well wishes and blessings. Alizey is truly blessed to be surrounded by a large circle of family and friends that already love her so much.
